Helen and Emma were very welcoming and helpful. We came from another hotel due to a bad experience but this one was AMAZING. highly recommend - Ivy and Min were also great.

Emma, Ivy, Min, and Helen are fantastic hosts: warm, friendly, very professional and helpful. They take care of you as if you were family.
The hotel is centrally located, but on a quiet street. No notable noise from traffic outside.
Very clean, very comfortable rooms with comfy bed and impeccable bathroom.
We booked a driver through the hotel and were very happy with his service.
Hoianese gave us the best welcome possible to Hoi An.

Thanks to Helen/Ivy/Ming for the great service. They helped me with every request includes restaurant booking and the transport. The room’s clean yet it seems the sink drains slowly. Overall it’s worthy in terms of the price😊

One of my favorite stays in Vietnam and hands down some of the best staff I’ve experienced. I stayed for three nights and Amy, Helen, Ivy, and Emma were all incredibly kind and helpful with everything from my stay to tour bookings and tailor shop recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was even upgraded at no extra cost, which was such a lovely surprise. I also received a beautiful souvenir gift from the hotel, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful. Breakfast had a great selection, the bed was cozy, everything was spotless, and the tour offerings were excellent. The location was great on a quiet street but still within walking distance to most places. Truly a wonderful stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommend.

Helen, Min, Ivy and Emma were the ladies that made us have an incredible time in Hoi An.
Kind and always an idea of what to do or where to go. Service was on point.
The location was great (nearby the old town but also calm). The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed.
The offered tours were a bit pricey. But there were also some free tours and for example the airport transport shuttle was a good price.
Definitely one of the best times in Vietnam. Thank you 🙏

My recent 3-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all of my expectations.
The highlight of our stay happened the moment we arrived. After a long and exhausting overnight journey, we reached the hotel at 5:30 AM. Even though the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, the staff went above and beyond and checked us into a room immediately. Being able to rest right away after a night of traveling meant the world to us and showed just how much they care about their guests.
The room itself was beautiful, spotless, and located in the perfect spot—just slightly outside the Old Town, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything. The breakfast was also fantastic and a great way to start each day.
What truly made this visit extraordinary was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Min, Hellen, Ivy, and Emma. Their personal touch, constant willingness to help, and the wonderful atmosphere they created truly enhanced our entire experience in Hoi An. They are the heart of this hotel.

Everything almost perfect EXCEPT the procedure that took a lot of guest’s time. I never met a hotel that invite me to sit ,making a tea and talk with the staffs about traveling plan before. Also have to chitchat again after the checkout(and of course, they ask u to write a review on google map). Don’t get me wrong, all the staffs were very nice. Ivy, Emma and a guy who check me in(I did mentioned your guys’s name as briefed😆).They’re all the nicest living being in the world you could wish for. But I concern about the policy that force these guys to do. Now I’m not sure that this review will affect them or not but this is what honestly think. The management should consider that not every guests like to have a mini-seminar with the hotel’staff.

This was our favourite stay in all of Vietnam! Ivy, Min, and Helen are the friendliest and most helpful staff we’ve encountered. They helped us with advice on what to do, tours, and helped us with transportation. We loved chatting with them every time we entered or exited. The hotel was super clean, well designed, and located in a very convenient location close to Old Town. The rooms were spacious, the bed was soooo comfyyyy, and we appreciated the storage and big bathrooms. We liked that the hotel was designed with Asian elements to give it a sense of culture and history. The breakfasts were soo good, tons of food with juice and fruits, and interesting Hoi An and western options. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this to anyone else looking for a place in Hoi An.
